About Me

Anna first qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2016 and in 2023 graduated with a 1st Class Honors BSc. in Physiotherapy. She has gained Sports Massage qualifications at Level 3 & 4, alongside a qualification in Equine Sports Massage.

She has a sporting background in the equine industry having previously competed her own horses and worked for many years as a groom for international horse riders. During this time, she obtained many sports injuries and debilitating back pain which resolved with the help of Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, and Sports Massage. This ignited a passion to learn about the human body and become a practitioner herself.

Anna understands how frustrating pain can be and seeks to help you understand the root of a problem. She believes pain is often the tip of the iceberg and will use a range of techniques to assess and treat soft tissue imbalances to facilitate recovery. Every session is tailored to an individual’s needs and pressure is determined by the patient.

Alongside her background in horse riding, Anna is also a keen mountain biker and Brazilian jiu-jitsu enthusiast. She loves spending time in nature and visits Norway every year for lots of hiking!
